We employ **Row-Level Security (RLS)** via Supabase to ensure that school data is strictly isolated. Each school’s data is stored in a multi-tenant architecture, meaning administrators and teachers can only access information related to their specific institution.
Note on Passwords
We do not store plain-text passwords. All credentials are encrypted using industry-standard hashing.
How We Use Information
Information is used solely for providing the core services of ApnaTimetable, including:
- Generating conflict-free weekly timetables.
- Processing secure payments through Razorpay.
- Managing real-time teacher substitutions.
- Sending account verification and receipt emails.
User Rights
Administrators have the right to modify or delete their school data, teacher information, and class structures at any time within their dashboard. For account deletion requests, please contact our support team.
Compliance
We aim to comply with local education guidelines and data protection regulations. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties.
