By accessing and using www.timetablemax.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. TimeTableMax provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for school scheduling. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Schools and administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

TimeTableMax utilizes Row-Level Security to ensure your school's data is isolated. While the school retains ownership of the input data (teacher lists, student details), TimeTableMax retains all rights to the underlying scheduling algorithms and software architecture.

The software is intended for educational scheduling and substitution management. Any attempt to reverse-engineer the algorithm, bypass multi-tenant security layers, or use the platform for non-educational purposes is strictly prohibited.

While TimeTableMax strives for mathematical perfection in timetable generation, we are not liable for any administrative disruptions. The final verification of any generated schedule remains the responsibility of the school administrator.
